| "Poor Boy" - Urbinanizacion in Cartago. The roads into this housing development of about 20-30 thousand were impassable to cars. Very poor. Over 90% of the people I saw in the area were under the age of 20. I couldn't help but wonder what kind of a future the little boy in the picture had before him. |
