Where is Costa Rica ?

Located between 8 and 11 degrees North Latitude, at the narrowest part of the isthmus connecting North and South America, Costa Rica is sandwiched between Nicaragua and Panama, and the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. It is a natural bridge for migrations from North and South and harbors many transient species as well as an abundance of endemic flora and fauna.
